This is the most FUN I’ve had exercising in years!  Aerobic dance-based workouts choreographed to Latin & Caribbean Rhythms.  You learn the basics of Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Raggaeton, Calypso, Raggae, and more while getting a total body workout.  The system comes with 4 DVD’s + pair of 1 lb. weights which double as maracas & the “Total Body Transformation Guide”.
