WHY WE LUV THIS
When I first ate my sister-in-law, Kristina Pedlar’s cakes, I knew they were something special! Being a total foodie and knowing that how I experience food is kind of out there, I thought, “maybe it’s just me”. But, after having shared the cakes with colleagues and watching that familiar look of delight on their faces, it confirmed how special these cakes really are.
